                                                                              in double ticks and no answer, no reply.

Wouldn’t you call this a wicked problem?
As Venus is a smoking a cigarette in her office,
                                    glancing over this case study held gingerly
                                    in her loose grip.

                                    eventual consequence, evaluation later needed.
                                                                                
                                                                                    Policy and people are almost the same,
                                                                                     both difficult and needy for attention.

            and will not go away.
